The National Council on Identity Policy Content Disclosure Policy NCIDPolicy.org The National Council on Identity Policy (NCIDP) was born of the struggles of one tenacious survivor of domestic violence and stalking. The NCIDP continues her work with the help of many. ~ It is the policy of The National Council on Identity Policy to withhold disclosure of individually identifiable personal identity information from all parties not a participant or party to an event or action. The NCIDP does not name individuals by name on this website, or in any public release of information, except as may appear unavoidably or as citational reference (court case names and legal proceedings often incorporate personally identifiable names, for example, that we cannot reasonably remove, and which otherwise are regarded as public information at present). The NCIDP will not respond to third-party requests for personally identifiably information, and often strips such information from its own internal files as soon as the need for such information appears to end.
